Quick shout out for my friend’s Ralph coming bread masterclass. If you have the chance, don’t miss it, he is a fantastic teacher and is in very good company for this workshop:

What: Bread Master Class.

When: 28th and 29th of May 2016.

Teachers: Ralph Nieboer* & Michel Schröder**.

Location: ‘Bakkerij werkplaats’, Rotterdam.

*Ralph Nieboer artisan baker, teacher, and owner of breadworks.
**Michel Schröder team member of the Dutch Boulangerie Team and winner of Coupe the Boulangerie 2015.

The course will focus on modern bread baking and long fermentation techniques.

Workshop outline:

-Sourdough management
-How to use different flours for creating different types of bread
-Shaping techniques
-Building flavor in bread
-Different decorating techniques
-Better nutritional value in bread
