PANISSIMO December-Dicembre/Festive Breads-Pani delle Feste
The Holiday season is now ending and after the Christmas challenges we will all have several new challenges to face… for instance going back to work, for those who had the good luck to be off work for a few weeks. But there is one challenge that you will never have to fear again: your Christmas baking. Yes, because if you only scroll down this post you will find something like 50 different recipes for Christmas and festive breads from all over the world. The majority of the festive breads come in several different versions, so you will be able to compare recipes and choose the one which fits you best. So, bookmark this page, cause next year you will not need to buy magazines or look elsewhere. Here we have all the panettone, pandoro, stollen recipes that could ever need, and something more, for variation. Most of the recipes are written in Italian, so get your instant translator ready!
Since we received so many festive breads for this issue of Panissimo we will present all the other (non festive) breads sent to Panissimo in December in a separate blog post, coming out on Bread & Companatico in the next few days. So stay tuned, other breads for every occasion will be on show here soon.
